Very nice series so far. I love when geology “appears” in the middle of city. At my undergrad we had a field trip showing the students how geology affects everything around them (whether they were aware of it or not). Thanks.
I suppose I should clarify, the field trip was showing them geologic features located on campus and immediately surrounding campus (high water mark of floods, damaged foundations due to shrink-swell clays, etc).
