I saw a nice fold in Ireland. I like it because it looks like SS to me which are my initials. If you want, you can post it as your friday fold. I haven’t used it yet in my blog.
This small outcrop is in Donegal, NW part of Ireland. I accidentally stumbled upon it. The fold formed most likely during the Grenville Orogeny but rocks themselves are probably much older. The rock seems to be schist and S-letters are made of quartz.

Andrew, this fold is very easy to access because it is just by the road before a bridge over small river where is even some room to park a car. Here are the coordinates from my field notebook: 54 42 18 N 08 36 07 W
