My cat Lola has a thing for big sheets of paper, particularly maps. Here she is this morning, “helping” me plan a summer trip to Turkey:
Lola is just trying to tell you to get out of Istanbul quickly…it is an interesting city, but the rest of Turkey has so much to offer with out the 10+million other people and their cars.
It looks to me like she wants to go!
Ozma likes to curl up on paper too. I’ve sort attributed it to the fact that she grew up “nesting” in leaves (and frequently still does, when she’s outside). But it may be a broader predilection of cats generally.
